General Information and registration forms

Registration is limited to the first 100 riders who register by September 15, 2008.

Although a few riders may be accepted after this date, gifts, lunches and door prizes are guaranteed only to those registering by September 15, 2008. Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Award winners will also be determined by monies received by the close of registration

• Registration and rider awards close on September 15, 2008.
• Registration is limited to riders who submit the registration form and $250 before September 15th. In addition, each rider must submit a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. Each rider must raise a minimum of $250 in contributions, which may be submitted at any time prior to September 15th.. Riders can make a personal contribution or solicit sponsorship from employers, corporations, friends and family, or use the on-line donation website.
• Please contact our registrar at 860 963 9055 if you plan to create a web page to track your online donations
• Parking area opens at 8:00 am.
• Registration and refreshments open at 8:30 am.
• Riders must start course between 9:00 and 11:30 am
• Lunch will be served between 11:30 and 2:30.
• Rider lunches are included in your registration. Guest lunches are $7. Payment for these lunches must be received by September 15, 2008. No guest lunches will be sold at the door.
• Riders must be 12 years of age or older. Riders 12 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a rider 21 years or age or older.
• Helmets (ASTM/SEI approved) are mandatory for all riders.
• A confirmation letter and directions to the event will be mailed or e-mailed to each registered rider.
• A $10.00 "Event Fee" will be collected on the day of the ride.
• The ride will be held Rain Or Shine.
• A limited number of "rider sponsorships" may be available.

Individuals who do not ride can choose to sponsor a rider or make a donation in any amount.
